Planning of the ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the community of owners.
Preparation of the accounting, always following the guidelines of the Spanish General Accounting Plan, with presentation of the balance sheets including all the necessary information for the owners: economic situation of the Community, details of expenses and income, unpaid bills, debtor owners, etc. ., with a clear, detailed and easy to understand presentation. We look for transparency and professionalism at all times when presenting community accounts.
Issuance and collection of receipts, with payment notices sent to the owner where his current account statement is detailed. Supervision and management of community funds.
Payment of invoices to suppliers with the authorization of the President, ensuring that they are paid after the approval of the work done and in due time.
On behalf of the Community, drawing up contracts with different suppliers (cleaning, gardening, pool maintenance, etc.), managing community services and always looking for the best quality-price ratio.
Elaboration also of the budgets of ordinary expenses, table of quotas of owners, etc. The accounts are presented regularly to the President of the Community and annually at ordinary meetings.All kinds of administrative procedures around the community, such as claims to the construction company or negotiations with local authorities.
Preparation of letters, official instances and any other document related to the community. If necessary, they will be translated into other languages.
Management of the daily affairs of the community. Mediation in conflicts referring to common parts and that may affect the normal coexistence in the Community.
Translation of community documents into different languages according to the needs of each community.
