Study of the general state of the building by specialized technicians, with the elaboration of reports and the adoption of the measures that are necessary to correct the possible defects found.
Attention to the repairs necessary for the proper functioning of the facilities, through our own specialized personnel or through the hiring of external companies, always seeking the most satisfactory results with the minimum cost.
In case of major repairs that require a high financial outlay, various budgets will be managed for presentation at the meeting.
Immediate attention to emergency breakdowns, even after working hours through our continuous service, ensuring the adoption of measures that are necessary for the breakdowns are corrected in the minimum time possible.
Acquisition and conservation of community furniture, including changing bowlers, light bulbs, hardware or similar.
Communication of the losses to the insurance company, repairing and replacing the goods protected by the same, and if necessary, notifying the owners of the problems that have occurred and the work to be done.
