Claim to defaulters, either with lawyer and attorney, depending on the decision of the board, or interposed by the administration monitoring processes (the type of procedure that is considered most appropriate in each case will be used). We continuously monitor the debtor owners, with permanent staff dedicated to the claim of debts and to the continuous updating of the judicial processes already initiated. Thanks to this, the level of delinquency in our communities is among the lowest in the area.
Legalization of the community in the Land Registry and obtaining the CIF before the Tax Agency.
Holding of the meetings under the advice of highly specialized staff, with simultaneous translation into English or German, and translation of the minutes into these languages, at no cost to the ordinary meetings (the translation to these languages will be done according to the number of owners of other nationalities existing in the community).
Advice assisted by lawyers in the different actions taken by the community.
Review of the statutes, rules of internal regime, community regulations and other agreements adopted.
Special vigilance in the fulfillment of all legal obligations by workers at the service of the community, in prevention of possible risks for them.
We have the backing of the College of Property Administrators of Alicante in all of our actions, covered by civil liability insurance, and with access to specialized firms that maintain agreements with the School on tax, legal and technical matters.
