Trust is an essential component in the provision of our service and therefore is present in all our activities, constituting therefore a basic pillar that we intend that our customers perceive at all times. In this sense, we take a series of actions when providing the service that result in ensuring transparency.
We formalized a contract with the Community of Owners in which our functions and the fees for our services are clearly specified.
Each Community owns its current account, through which the collections and payments are managed. In addition, the provision of funds in the account will be joint, so that the signature of the President is also required to obtain funds from it.
We do not charge the fees to the owners in our office, who must enter them in the bank account of the Community through cash income, transfers or direct debit, thus recording all the income that the Community has.
Owners can request information, at any time, on expenses, income, on the economic situation or on any other matter concerning their Community.
Every year, in the ordinary meeting, the statement of accounts, bank balance, debtors, etc. is presented. All this information, along with other documentation also related to your Community, is published on our website, remaining at your disposal 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
As for the works or improvements that must be done in the Community, we request three budgets from different suppliers in order to get the best prices and conditions.
We have an easy-access file system that allows us to show the owners who request it any information in an agile and clear manner.
To belong to the College of Property Administrators of Alicante, we are subject to the control and disciplinary responsibility of the same. We have a civil liability insurance and a surety insurance, in addition to legal, fiscal, labor and technical advice provided by the school.
Finally, we would like to point out that in the event of cessation, and in line with the foregoing, all the documentation of the Community and its statement of accounts is delivered in a clear, concrete and timely manner.
